For your convenience, the Donaldson Charitable Trust provides a link to its online grant application form through this website. If you fit within the guidelines, we encourage you to begin an online application by clicking on the link below and submitted by March 15 or September 15. As a reminder, you are required to have a trustee of the Foundation sponsor your request.
You will be asked to supply information about your organization, key leadership, details about your grant request, the impact you expect the grant to have on your organization or community, and how you will measure success.
Please note that the online application requires the following attachments:
- IRS Tax Determination Letter
- List of Current Board of Directors
Attachments can be in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel format. Please do not include compressed ZIP files.
If you have not yet registered with our online system, you will be prompted to create an account first so you and return to a saved application at a later date if needed.
